“Unexpressed expectations destroy relationships. The problem isn’t the wealth, it’s what isn’t said.”

Money and inheritance are rarely discussed, yet they often decide whether a family holds together or unravels. Our founder Jonathan Mintz and managing director Sune Hojgaard-Sorensen explore the pressures of generational wealth and why honest family conversations about purpose, responsibility, and ambition matter. They discuss how Bespoke helps families prepare heirs to take on responsibility, build resilience, and pursue ambition with intentionality.
